• During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer

• Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S.)
• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Free shipping promotions, if offered, are applied automatically

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
• AMILU is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

• AMILU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
• We recommend shipping to a secure location

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

• If you receive the wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Please include your order number and clear photos for review
